Taxation of disguised dividends

We have been upheld by the National Tax Tribunal in a case in which the Danish Tax Authorities had taxed the wrong person on disguised dividends. It can be a heavy case to win, as major shareholders are taxed on the availability of goods. Note that disposal taxation applies only to major shareholders and not to other shareholders.
